The Junior National Association of the Deaf is an organization consisting of chapters from junior high and high schools nationwide. The Junior NAD program pursues through various activities its motto: “Promoting the Tomorrow of All the Deaf by Working with the Deaf Youth of Today.” Through individual chapters, members learn and practice leadership, teamwork, and responsibility, and develop self-confidence. Junior NAD offers its members opportunities to meet other deaf youth from all over the country.
